Our firm, Prasanna Associates came into being in the year 1987. Since its inception Prasanna has rapidly evolved as a creative hub for Infrastructure and Industrial Constructions. In the year 2001 it transformed itself into real estate developer, focusing on premium developments in Vadodara. Achieving the Summit and conquering desired goals have only become possible due to dedicated efforts and visionary approach of our promoter, Mr Himanshu Joshi. Under his charismatic leadership, with passage of time, Prasanna, today is enriched with a set of committed team which aims to deliver the best in midst of toughest challenges by contributing significantly in their respective areas of expertise. The group currently manages portfolio spanned across residential properties, office space, hospitality and social infrastructure in the city of Vadodara.
